Gethin Coles has been photographing for over 30 years. (Yes, since he was 6!). He started doing it commercially in 2001, when he moved his graphic design business to Australia.

Prior to that he could be found shooting film and video with an obscure specialty: time lapse cinematography. (You can view his old - now moribund - site here).

His involvement in film and video led to other multimedia pursuits with edible media in the UK being more involved in CD-ROM and corporate video production than in graphic design. (Although both of these required his graphic design expertise).

He has a 1st Class BA(hons) degree in Film and Video, a multimedia diploma qualification, and a certificate of completion for his welding course (don't ask).
